"Call was rejected by callee."

Hello, I can't seem to find other people mentioning this error.

I just installed Office 2007, and have Zotero 2.0.2 with the Word 3.0a3 plugin.

For a two days everything was working fine, but now when I click on the "insert citation" button in the toolbar in Word I get the error:

"Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

Call was rejected by callee."

The header of the little error box reads "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe".

I am running Windows 7 Home on an Acer computer. I have tried restarting Word, Firefox, both, and the computer, none of which consistently work.

I'd appreciate any help you guys could provide! Until now Zotero has been lovely to use (I used it on my previous laptop with Word 2003 and TeX).

    We've never seen this before. Does the error happen every time, or is it intermittent? Do you have any anti-virus software installed?

    It seems to be intermittent. I restarted my computer again, and now it has gone away. I am using AVG free edition.

    I just received this error. I am using Windows XP Pro with Firefox 3.6.3 and Zotero 2.0.2 with WinWord integration 3.0a3.

    I am using AVG 9.0.081. I closed Word and re-opened it and the error went away. So it appears to be an intermittent error.

    I also received this error!! A few times already and it is really annoying! Does anybody has a clue what to do about it?

    Can you provide a report ID?

    My guess would be Skype Button in FF -
    it's been known to cause trouble with Zotero and "Call was rejected by callee" is a Skype error.

    I've also encountered this error for the first time today. Report ID is: 778410540. I encountered it while trying to insert a citation from MS word (3,03a), My zotero version is 2.03. No troubles until now.

    I don't have skype installed.

    Same problem here. I use Windows XP, word 2003, zotero 2.0.8 and I have no skype installed on my computer.
