The missing place of publication
Hi,
I have been using APA/MLA/Chicago Manual forms to create bibliographies in .RTF out of the saved references, all of which have been saved using Google Scholar or Amazon. Curiously, the place of publication (of books) is always missing in the generated biblios.
Help!

Neither Google Scholar nor Amazon have consistently great data - I find Library of Congress fantastic for books and google scholar quite reliably good for articles.
Thanks for the LOC tip. Somehow the place of publication is ALWAYS missing in the generated Zotero biblio when I use the "import into Endnote" link in Google books or when I click the blue icon in the address bar in Amazon.
Anyway to fix that?

Seems like the same for google books/scholar for books
