No logro sincronizar mi biblioteca y me da este identificador en el informe de errores

No se que es lo que debo hacer. Por favor alguien que me oriente

    Es que mi base de datos de Zotero esta vacia, he borrado todos los archivos que tenía.
    Que mas puedo hacer?

    It certainly wasn't necessary to delete your entire library, but, if that's really what you want to do, have you emptied the trash?

    You're still getting a "Last name ... too long" error. Did you check your group libraries as well?

    es que todo esta vacio, yo debido a este error borre todo porque no encontraba el nombre de autor al que se refería. No se si deba reiniciar el navegador

    The data is there somewhere or you wouldn't get that error.

    But at this point you might as well just use Restore from Server.
