Tag selector per group/library

Right now, in every group the tag autocomplete feature and the tag selector give me all the tags of all groups including my library. I am currently working with a group in another language than my library, thus I have to translate tags for that group that already exist in my library (i.e. I have a tag: "Luck" and then I have to add the Tag "Glück"). However, it is very inconvenient to have the translated tags show up in my library and vice versa. It would be very practical to have a preference (or a default) to have only the tags of a given library/group shown.

    Tag selector should already be group-specific, though.

    Oh, I am very sorry about this. I didn't realize that this already the behaviour of the tag selector, because the group still showed the greyed-out and already deleted tags, which confused me.
    Would still help if tag-selector and tag auto-complete were in sync.
