Upgrade StorageDon't understand instructions for upgrading to 2.0
Hi,
Firefox just downloaded Zotero 2.0. Now Zotero says that I must upgrade my database.
Specifically,. the instructions at http://www.zotero.org/support/2.0#upgrading_from_zotero_1.0 say
"Upgrading from Zotero 1.0 is easy: just click the installation button on the Zotero home page."
The problem is that there is no "installation" button on the Zotero home page.
There IS a "download" button, but pressing this button doesn't make sense to me, since Firefox has already downloaded Zotero 2.0. Is this the button I'm supposed to press anyway? If so, either the documentation or the name of the button needs to change.
Actually, while "Install" may make sense to you guys who understand how this is working under the hood, it doesn't seem to make sense to me, a naive user. As far as I'm aware, I've already downloaded AND installed Zotero 2.0. Surely what I want is a button to "Upgrade my database," since this is what the message says needs to happen.

The link is for both downloading and installing since Firefox will prompt to install addons immediately. So you don't need to install again if you already have 2.02.
If you have Zotero 2.02 installed and enabled, and it is running without giving you errors, then you may have upgraded without knowing it. If not, I would try restarting the browser if you have not already. You may then be prompted to upgrade. Make sure to backup first as that page you linked says.
When Firefox first started after the updates had been installed, I saw a message along the lines of "you have just installed a major upgrade. To look at details about this, click [here]. Otherwise press continue." (The wording was probably slightly different.)
Expecting to see a change log or something, I clicked the link. That brought me to the page saying that I had to click the Install link before continuing. I assumed that this "install" link would do the same thing as the continue button.
Instead I had to restart Firefox, see that message again, and hit continue. This wasn't clear once I had already navigated away from that pop-up (which was no longer visible).
One thought my be that the link you travel to also has a note "If you have already installed Zotero 2.0, restart Firefox and click "Continue" after the message appears," or something along those lines.
Anyway, thanks Dan for clearing up my confusion!
