File Quota Size errors

Has anybody had any issues with quota size?
I was at 75% and was getting the error message that I had exceeded my quota.
I purged external files and am now at 4.7% and I am still getting the same error.
Is this a known issue, bug or a way to get people to subscribe to the paid service?

    Is it possible that you are not exceeding your own quota, but a shared group? Group storage counts against the owner's quota.
    If that's not it, the error message may tell you what file is causing the problem, so you could investigate that (maybe something very big that you didn't realize you had attached).

    Edit: BTW, you can check the size of the storage folder in the library on your computer to check whether it is under the sync quota. Directions for finding your library are here:
