Zoreo icon not appearing in toolbar
Hi,
The zotero icon is no longer appearing at the far right of my web browser. It was fine yesterday. I am now not able to save a new item with bibliographic info, although I can take snapshots. The only thing I have done differently is re-sync from a portable version of zotero and download firefox & zotero updates.

Have you tried disabling other Firefox extensions?
Sorry, but if you're not willing to take the time to provide proper bug reports, we're not able to help you.
Saving an article from NYT is associated with the Information in the right hand bottom corner - i.e. the newspaper, the author, dates etc. This is obviously working perfectly.
Saving an article from the University of Manchester saves the document, but not the bibliographic data (i.e. the Information panel is empty). In addition the icon at the right hand side of the address bar is missing on this site, but not the NYT site.
Do you still want me to provide a debug history or any other information?
Thanks
If you don't see the address bar icon on a page where you expect it, you need to provide an example URL.
The main issue is that I can no longer get bibliographic data from the University of Manchester electronic database (as the icon within the address bar is no longer there). I wish I could send you the URL of the Manchester Uni site, but it is password protected. The problem does seem to be site specific. Could there be a problem at the Manchester University end? I assumed it was a zotero problem as the problems seemed to start after I had downloaded the latest version of zotero.
Interestingly accessing abstracts on PubMed brings up the icon within the address bar.
What can I do that would give you the most helpful information?
I hope this helps.

2) That version of Ovid uses a new URL format we haven't seen before (though I see the same format in the Ovid database I have access to, so it may have just been rolled out). I've just put out a new version of the Ovid translator that should fix this. Your copy of Zotero should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Now in the General pane of the Zotero prefs.
