Problem with syncing

I'm having a sync problem: Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) (problem report 357684098)

Problem persists after restart of MacBook and Firefox/Zotero

Try a Full Sync from the Sync->Reset pane of the Zotero prefs.

If that doesn't clear the problem, provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that generates the error.
