Part of library is missing after 2.0 update

Just installed 2.0 and now it appears part of my library is missing. Firefox profile appears the same, library appears to in the correct folder. Do I need to recover from automatic back-up, or should I restore from my other saved back up directory?

    You'll need to provide more details. What do you mean by "part of my library"?

    I meant that only about half of my references were there (by author last time up to the letter B), but I just checked and now somehow they all appear to be there. Sorry to waste your time, but love the magic you do!
