Upgrade loading problem
Hello! I seem to have the same problem as many users.
If I upload my file to the Database Repair Tool it will turn into a loading problem/ connection interrupted Firefox page. It just won't load.
I copy the zotero.sqlite and the .bak after I close FF, the size is only 9.91 MB.
I'm running FF 3.6 on XP. I'm using no Proxy or VPN or anything, and I never get loading problems, so it's not a common thing for me.
I just want Zotero to work. I'm not even interested in my databanks or anything. They were for papers already passed so I could live without the citations.
I know many people don't "have time" to deal with that - but maybe there are other users that had the same problem and already solved it?
Thanks.

Have you tried again?
You could simply delete zotero.sqlite and 'storage' in your data directory if you didn't care about your existing data, but you shouldn't need to do this.
But: the zip isn't called zotero.sqlite.zip (as it says in the help section) but it's called zotero.zip and inside of it there is zotero.sqlite. So I'd understand it if the zip doesn't work.
What happens when you try, exactly?
Error: Connection interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page loads.

[Google translation of German FF version, but you get the deal].
Maybe the zotero server has a problem?
The page https://www.zotero.org/utils/dbfix works just fine
And this is the page when FF shows the error page: https://www.zotero.org/utils/dbfix/?upload=1
Thanks :)
