Upgrade Storagesyncing from various computers
Hello,
I am currently encountering problems syncing my data from various computers. The main problem is that the changes I make, either organizational changes to my library or new entries do not appear when I log back in using a different computer. My library also appears differently on the two main computers I have been using. Is there anyway to ensure the changes I make to my library appear on the site as well as on my other computers?
Also, I seem to be losing data despite syncing. Sometimes the sync wheel will spin continuously...Is there anyway to know that the sync is complete?
Any help would be much appreciated.

anders_royceI would first make sure that you have the same version of Zotero installed on the different computers (particularly that you don't have 1.x on one, and 2.x on the other). Then make sure you have the same sync preferences set. If so, they really should be identical. The sync is not over until the sync wheel stops spinning, although I believe there is an issue currently where if you start a sync, and open additional Firefox windows, the Zotero sync wheel in the original window will keep spinning.
