Trying to sync... red exclamation point, error reads "Empty response from server". Occurs on two different computers. I know I had just maxed out my server space with PDF attachments, so I stopped syncing those. Any help?

    Also: tried to access online library, failed. Reads: "there was a problem fetching the items in this library. Please try again"

    Works now. any insight as to why it happened? and how to prevent it?

    sometimes the server is down. I'm sure that will happen again in the future, but as long as these event remain as short as this one I don't think that's a problem.
