syncing issues error 1342008697

I am having problem syncing my zotero and keep being asked to report the error with this number 1342008697. So know idea whats up, but I cannot sync my info between my two computers, used to be no problem but now it is... its problematic now as I am working on my Lit review for PhD theses and I work frequently between two machines.

    For starters, you're using an out-of-date version of Zotero. Upgrade to 2.0.

    Okay, I thought I had done that but will do so now, okay tried to do that and was told I was up to date. When I click into preferences and go to the search tab is says I am up to date. Am I doing something wrong? I am not sure how to manually update, I thought I had it set on automatic...

    The Search tab has nothing to do with your Zotero version.

    the first I followed and updated to beta two, which downloaded and I assume installed as it automatically closed and re-opened firefox, but still have that little red Icon saying sync server is currently unavailable.

    by the way just wanted to say, great programme I have nearly converted all my fellow post grads including a postgrad friend in Japan...

    You installed 2.0 correctly. The sync server will be back up in a few minutes.
