sync problem!

Hi! Im having troubles with my sync process. I created the account and i can log in to the site and everything, but when i try to syn it says that the user is unknow. I dont get it! Can you please help me?

    After creating your account on the website you have to enter your login info in the addon. If you haven't done that, open the Zotero addon pane, and click the gear icon->preferences->sync.
