When trying to sync, I get this error message :

"This Zotero database was last synced with a different zotero.org account ('pmarchand') from the current one ('pmarchand'). If you continue, local Zotero data will be combined with data from the 'pmarchand' account stored on the server.Local groups, including any with changed items, will also be removed.

To avoid combining or losing data, revert to the 'pmarchand' account or use the Reset options in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences."

As you can see, both account are the same. If I try to sync, I get the error that the server could not sync. This is what cause the current error report.

I am going to reset my server data to see if this fix the problem.

This error happened on mac 10.6 using Zotero v2.0 and Firefox 3.5.8

    Resetting data doesn't fix the problem.

    Have been having the same problem for the last two hours. Sometimes I get the error message reported by pmarchand above. Other times I just get a message that says the server is unavailable.

    I'm running Mac 10.4.11, using Zotero v2.0 and Firefox 3.6.

    I have submitted 2 or 3 errors. Most recent is 485183494

    Text with error report is:

    Here is more information : after resetting the server data, my online library on my profile is now empty, and zotero on my mac keep trying to "getting update from sync server". I tried to sync with my ubuntu machine, and it seems to sync successfully, with the habitual "sync 4 seconds ago". My online profil is still empty.

    This is confusing and problematic.
