Batch pubmed ID import

Hi, I have a list of several thousand pubmed UIDs from their batch citation manager. Is there a way to submit a list of these to zotero instead of entering each one at a time?

    I'm not sure if this is the best method or not, but it will work. If you enter a bunch of PMIDs into the PubMed search box, all the associated papers will be returned in the result. PubMed can show up to 200 results on a page, and Zotero can import an entire page of results from PubMed by using the "folder" icon that will appear in the address bar, and checking "select all". So you could search them all and add them to Zotero one page (200 citations) at a time.
