Exporting from Zotero to EndNote

Zotero is a great product but I need to integrate material from Zotero into pre-existing and organised EndNote9 libraries.
This may be a dumb question but how doe I con figure the two. The export formats for Zotero don't seem to relate to the import features of EndNote.
Is there a translator for database illiterates like me?

I have nicely imported my citations from Endnote to Zotero, but the export does not grab my "Research notes" section from Endnote. That is, I have all of my cites, but none of my notes, in Zotero. Any thoughts?

Endnote does not, so far as I know, have a method to import notes.

So I'm afraid that you may have to copy/paste.

Export from Zotero to web EndNote: how does it work? I can import from web Endnote to Zotero but not from the Zotero to web EndNote.

Zotero can export to RIS, which Endnote Web should be able to import.
