Changes to be made to similar style:
-citations in text should be in square brackets, e.g. [Hartman et al., 1999] instead of regular parentheses ()
-journal names should be abbreviated without periods according to IndexMedicus. e.g.:
Plant Celll Environ, Plant Cell Tiss Org Cult, Occup Environ Med
-in the bibliography, middle names of authors should be included as initials where available, together with first name, e.g.: Moore GW, Bond BJ, Jones JA

As far as I can see at the moment, the rest is ok.

Journal abbreviations print whatever is in the Journal Abbr. in Zotero, so that's not possible to get any better.
Initials already worked the way you said - given that there are two author first names.
(1) Collapsed year suffix required in citation.
(2) For Book Section, it is: In Lawrence JH, Goffman JR (eds): Advances in Biological and Medical Physics, Vol. 14. New York: Academic Press, pp 163-223.
instead of In: Lawrence, JH, Goffman, JR, editors. Advances in Biological and Medical Physics. New York: Academic Press. Vol. 14, p. 163-223.
(3) Check internet or Web Page. What happens if no date? The author's instructions suggest [undated] in bibliography if no date. What about no author in general? What should be the out put in the citation and bibliography?
(4) (Generic fall backs), check conference though not explicitly mentioned. There is a period before proceedings title.
So far, these were the observations.
