Letters in printed collections
I have letters that are in journals and books (e.g., in Madge Thornell Roberts, ed., The Personal Correspondence of Sam Houston, Denton, Tex.: UNT Press, 2010) that I'd like to create individual records for, but the letter item type is only set up to have letters in archival collections. Is there a work around or the possibility of updating/expanding the letter type? Alternatively, I suppose, I could create a letter record for each and then "relate" these to the book record for the collection and then manually choose both when citing, but that seems kind of clumsy.
On a different point: is there a way (or a way planned) to allow special formatting within titles? I have several cases of journal articles that contains foreign language phrases within them that should be italicized, e.g., "'The Revolution of the Ganhadores': Urban Labour, Ethnicity and the African Strike of 1857 in Bahia, Brazil."
Thanks for your help.
