Not syncing all of my library - D227357131

I have Zotero on two computers - my home computer and my work computer. Yesterday (02/08/10) at work I added some entries to my Zotero. They successfully synced to the Zotero server. No matter what I do, I can only restore entries on my home computer through 02/07/10. I've tried reseting my local library, reseting the file history...
  • I don't know what you mean by "restore", but see http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing

By restore, I mean that I can delete/clear my local copy by choosing the Reset option "restore from Zotero server". I will get all the entries through 02/07/10, but none of the entries that I've successfully uploaded to the server yesterday (02/08/10). The green sync arrow is acting as if there is no problem at all...

    Edited to correct yesterday's date.
  • See the page I linked to, and verify that you see those items online.
  • I do see the items online.
  • This is pretty unlikely—are you sure you're looking in the right place?—but provide a Debug ID for a Full Sync and we'll take a look.

I'm positive that I'm looking in the right place. I log in to Zotero.org. Go to "My Library". I can click on the entries that were uploaded yesterday that are NOT syncing onto my home computer. The have all of their information and attachments.
  • I meant looking in the right place on your home computer. The full sync shows 1) the new items coming down from the server and 2) the new items already existing locally.
  • I fixed the problem.

I ended up going into my Firefox profile and going to the extension files of Zotero. I deleted everything not associated with running the program. Then, it synced like it should have. I don't know what the issue was before, but doing this manually is not the ideal solution.
  • The items had already synced before the Full Sync. I couldn't tell you why you didn't see them before, but the debug output was clear, and a partial sync isn't technically possible. Nobody has reported anything like this before, so I suspect it was some fluke on your system.

If you have this problem again, let us know.
