syncing error

Hi, I am using Zotero 2 on my PC. I got the following error message when i hit the synch (green circular arrow). This is the first time it happened as previous times were fine. I got the following error message:
Report ID: 836388929 - "Due to improvements made to sync functionality, you must upgrade to Zotero 2.0rc5 (via Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions -> Find Updates or from zotero.org) to sync your Zotero library."

I've used the sync function on both my home and office PC to synch the references i've added to Zotero and it used to work fine until now.
Pls could you advice/help.

    Hi Dan, thanks. It took some time to figure out that the 'Tools' mentioned in the error message was referring to the Tools menu on the Firefox tab and not on any of the Zotero tabs (I am a newbie).
