Zotero is not registering that I paid money to get increased space
Hi! I have a receipt and on it is an order number. I paid to get more space for my zotero group but I am getting an error message saying that I am out of space. I paid for additional space on Jan. 27,2010.
The only thing I can think of is that the person who created the account did not pay. I did. However, we are both listed as administrators of the group.
How do I find out what is going on. I need the space ASAP. It is also causing me to have problems moving material from my individual library to a shared group library which is when the error message comes up.
Is there a support person I can talk to via phone? I also have a google order number which I would rather not post on an open forum.
Please help. Thanks, Rosanna

You can see how your Zotero storage space is being allocated by clicking on the settings link in the upper right corner of the Zotero website and then clicking on the storage tab. You should see a bar showing what percentage of your storage is used and below that a list of how your storage space is allocated.
What is most likely happening is that you are not the owner of the group you want to use the storage for. Zotero groups can only draw their storage from an individual user, the group owner. If you have the current owner of the group transfer ownership to you you can use your storage space for the group
Please post back here if you have additional issues.
