Synch Errors even after restoring from server

After a number of synch errors on my home PC I tried to reset from the Zotero server data, but still receiving synch errors. Synch is fine on my work PC.

Apologies if I have missed a relevant solution already posted.

Any suggestions gratefully accepted.
  • Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt?
  • D2092829172 - I think although this may have been generated a little before the error occurs.
  • Now also have D138437352 - after further logging.
  • Are you by any chance using VPN software?

    OK. We've seen this before, and it was a bit weird, and the other person was using VPN software, though that may not have been the cause.

    Unless you have some other software that's interfering with the connection, this may just be due to network glitches. We'll see if we can handle this better, but it should be intermittent. Restart Firefox completely (making sure firefox.exe is gone in Task Manager) and try again. For good measure, log the debug output so that you can provide another Debug ID if you get another error.

    You should be able to tell if it's getting further each time by hovering over the file sync progress bar and looking at the number of files.
