Importing an RIS file from the desktop
I've just been trying to import an RIS file generated from JabRef (I'm doing this rather than importing the BibTeX directly as that has the previously reported problem that it does not capture crossref information, e.g., the book information for book chapters).
When I try to import using the option from the "cogwheel" menu, Firefox pops up a dialogue saying "You have tried to open an OpenType Font: what do you want to do with it". Whether I cancel or okay this dialogue, I get a permanent "Importing items..." progress bar in Zotero but no progress (Firefox is responsive and idle). There is no error message in the error log.
If I quit and restart, the import created a folder ("Imported <date&time>") but nothing more.
Note that importing a BibTeX file seems to work as expected (bar the "crossref" issue).
I'm using FF 3.6 and Zotero 2.0rc5 and this occurs with all other extensions disabled.
Many thanks.

I did have the "Use Zotero to download RIS/Refer files" option checked but I get the same behaviour whether it is checked or not.
Changing the file extension from .RIS to .TXT worked perfectly though.
I'm off now to import all my BibTeX databases - thanks again.
