Dev. versions of OpenOffice plug-in and Zotero are incompatible

For some time now, when I try to use the latest development versions of the OpenOffice plug-in and Zotero, I am getting this error:

"This version of the Zotero Word plug-in is incompatible with the currently installed version of the Zotero Firefox extension. Please ensure you are using the latest versions of both components."

Any ideas how to fix it?

    The latest dev code is untested with OpenOffice. You could try it (by pasting the code from plugin.vb into the OpenOffice plug-in), but we can't make any promises.

    I am getting a "Basic runtime error: Variable not defined" pointing to this line:

    Set fnSelection = Selection.range

    I guess I'll have to wait for the final release.
