Database upgrade error

I just installed the current version of Zotero (2.0rc2) on my laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium and Firefox 3.6. I've never used or installed Zotero before now. Upon restarting Firefox, I get the following message: Error initializing Zotero database. When I click on the OK button, Firefox starts, but there's a yellow warning icon next to the Zotero icon in the status bar and clicking on the Zotero icon, or selecting it from Firefox's Tools menu, results in the following error message: Database upgrade error.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, with the same results. I then uninstalled and deleted the Zotero folders from my Firefox profile. I then reinstalled. Same result.

    I think I've solved my problem. I deleted or disabled several unused or under-used extensions, then restarted Firefox and now Zotero seems to work. I deleted or disabled several extensions at the same time, so I'm not sure which was the magic one.

    could you still give us a list of potential culprits? That might be helpful for future reference.

    Yes, I should have kept better tabs on what I deleted. Here's at least a partial list:

    IE Tab
    UnMHT
    Vacuum Places Improved
    reQall on Firefox
    Hide GUI Bars

    There were probably a couple more that I completely deleted and just can't remember.

    I'm not saying it was one of the ones listed above. Also, it could have been some combination of add-ons. When I get a chance I'll play around some more to see if I can figure out just what the problem was.

    Interestingly, I installed Zotero on my office desktop computer with no problems. However, it's running Windows XP (latest SP), Firefox 3.5.7, and a different set of extensions (I'm limited as to what I can install on my office desktop).
