pdf file upload failure

pdf file upload failed and it does not produce any bibliograpy from the pdf file.

    sorry, I don't understand.
    What exactly are you trying to do? Is the pdf online, can you link to it?
    Are you using the "retrieve metadata" function or what do you mean by "upload"?
    What type of error message do you get?
    What do you mean by "does not produce any bibliography"? How are you trying to get this bibliography.
    Always, when reporting errors, remember to provide plenty of details - we can't see what's happening on your computer.

    Thank you for answering me with kindness.
    The problem of uploading pdf files has been solved of itself.
    I mean this. when other books online is imported, this program produces references automatically but when pdf files are loaded it cannot. So I have to write down each reference for example, title, author and so on.
    I wonder if I am expecting too much.

    if you are using the 2.0 version, you can right-click on a pdf and select "retrieve metadata". In many cases that will fill out the information for you. If that doesn't work, you will be back to doing this by hand.
