synchronizing private and group library - save item function is not working

I am synchronizing bibliographical data between two computers (Mac 10.6.2, Windows XP) and it is working very well (Beta version).

But neither my private nor my group library is working, if someone is trying to save some items.

What shall I do to make my group library working for others?
  • What do you mean by 'trying to save some items'?

I mean exactly this: If I try to click on the folder symbol in the adress bar of the firefox browser, it does not open a list to mark some needed items, instead I get the message: "Artikel konnte nicht geladen werden!" ("Could not save items!").

It is obviously a problem of the way, how the synchronized data are written on the library page for a folder. You can read them, but not save the data by one click in the zotero application. This problem appears in my group and private library, not in other group libraries - sometimes on certain pages, but not often.
  • Zotero installed on my PC (Windows XP):

launched Browser, double click on group library, login on my zotero page, selected one folder, click on folder symbol to save item, error message:

    report-ID: 1390423003
  • Zotero installed on my Mac (Snow Leopard):

Browser start, update of NeoOffice plugin, checked communication with NeoOffice which worked well, double click on group library, login on my zotero page, selected one folder, click on folder symbol to save item, error message

    report-ID: 1824634361
  • Post example URLs on which you received the error (or, if you'd rather not post them publicly, e-mail them to support@zot....org with a link to this thread).
  • In both cases I got an error message on this url:

    http://www.zotero.org/groups/music_of_the_mediterranean/items/collection/1791542

But the problem appears on any other folder of my group as well as on any folder of my private library.
