Upgrade StorageError after installing Zotero on Mac
Hi,
I have installed Zotero on my computer. I have a Mac OS X 10.4.11 and Firefox 3.06.
I installed Zotero version 2.0 and the two plug-ins needed to help it work with my Mac Word. I keep getting an error message that says:
"The Zotero MacWord Integration installation succeeded, but a necessary component does not appear to be loaded properly.
Zotero can attempt to correct this for you. A Firefox restart will be required. Continue?"
I have tried following the instructions on the word plug in troubleshooting document and I have reinstalled all plug ins, but I still get this error.
My error id is 276803340

SimonIs there a reason you can't upgrade to Firefox 3.5? Doing so (and installing PythonExt 2.6.2) would probably take care of this issue.
