Zotero unable to load translators and styles

As recommended in the documentation, I tried resetting translators and styles and checking database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences. This didn't help. I deleted the styles and translators directories in my Zotero Data Directory and restarted Zotero -- to no avail. File permissions in my Zotero data directory are looking alright.

I reported the error as Report ID # 1576056169. Thanks for support.

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the Help → Debug Output Logging → "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    That's not a Debug ID from Zotero startup (or if it is, you disabled Troubleshooting Mode and there's some massive operation from BBT that's pushing startup debug output out of the log).

  • Everything fine here in the meantime, no more assistance needed at this point. The problem was possibly resolved by a JavaScript update this morning.
