Failed sync between two computers
Hello,
sorry if this has been answered many times before (I am new to this forum). I have got two computers and I want to have a syncronised Zotero across them to allow quick publication upload and access. However, my new computer seems to not upload all the documents and continiously fail to sync between devices. First I bought more storage for a year and now I am sure I have enough to back everything up. Then I was told that it might not be the latest versions so I updated Zotero on both devices. And still I have an issue with the red icon saying "Some data in My Librabry could not be downloaded. It may have been saved with newer version of Zotero". What should I do?
Thank you for your help in advance!

dstillman Zotero Teamedited today at 2:49pmWe'd have to see a Report ID from both to say more, but make sure you're running the latest version (Zotero 9) on both machines. If you're not, reinstall from the download page. Most likely you're just stuck on an old version (e.g., 7.0.16, which didn't auto-update for some users) for some reason.
Upgrade Storage
