Loading of resources

When I try to add a citation in my word document, Zotero does open, but I can't search any resources and in the library view only the folders but no resources show up. I tried everything from restarting it to forcing Zotero to create a new profile. The only thing that works is, when I open a resource in Zotero, than I open word and add a citation that resource is showing up. Otherwise I can't see any of my resources.

I hope someone has a solution.

    To confirm, when the citation dialog opens in library view, you see the list of collections on the left but the table with actual items in the collection is always empty?

    Can you provide a Debug ID with this issues reproduced?

    Yes it's exactly like you described it.

    The Debug ID is: D207299009

    I tried to show with that, that I can't see the resources or search for them but that I can see the resource when I opened it in Zotero before I add the citation in word. Hope that helps to understand the problem.

    Start by updating to Zotero 9 (which was just released) via Help → Check for Updates. If that doesn't help, can you provide a screenshot (either here or in an email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread) that shows the problem?
