No italics in footnotes

Hi,

I started this discussion a few weeks ago but haven't had any responses so posting here in case the original has somehow been lost: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/130418/word-template-with-restricted-styles-no-italics-in-footnotes#latest

The issue is affecting the work of all teams in my organisation and we've previously been able to use a locked template with Zotero without losing italics so it would be helpful to know if this can be resolved.

thanks, I posted 2 follow ups over the past 3 weeks but no-one responded which is why I posted again this way. The guidelines say you may need to wait hours or days but I have been waiting for longer than that and it is impacting our work so i was trying to politely nudge a different way.

I would assume you are not getting an answer because no one has an answer. I'm pretty sure Zotero doesn't test on locked templates and most users are academics where those are hardly ever used.
