Transfer from Word to Google docs doesn't restore my citations
Hello, I seem to have the same problem as in this thread: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/119468/error-when-moving-from-word-doc-to-google-doc-restoring-citations only mine doesn't resolve after hitting Refresh. I made sure my file has the header that says it has Zotero citations, I converted to Google document, but it still didn't help. I hit Refresh and it asks me whether I want to restore the citations, I click yes, it loads for a bit and then I see the exact same thing only without the Zotero header but with citations that look like this

adomasven Zotero TeamYou should run the final step of Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents on the converted Google Doc in Word (or LibreOffice), or on the Google Doc pre-conversion and share a snippet where the issue is reproducible with support@zotero.org and we can take a look for why it's failing to convert.
