Zotero crash issue

In the middle of writing my document, I found out that adding/editing a citing made my word-document and/or zotero crash. I was using Microsoft cloud, but as I went through the "Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents" steps I made a local version of the document and the crashing continued. I went through all the steps until the final one, isolating the problem. I found out that the part that was crashing the document was not a citation, it was the title of my document. I am using a customized template for my document. The crashing did not occur in every part of the document, just here and there, but this was not connected to the "broken part" (the title). Now I guess I can continue to edit by document without the title and add it in the end, but I'm afraid this will happen again in some other way. Removing and rewriting the title didn't help. What is going on?

    Of course. Here is the is the Report ID: 1370610084. I am using Windows 11 Pro and Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (version 2603 Build 16.0.19822.20086) 64-bittinen. I have sent an e-mail with two pages. The first page is the one that is causing the problem (if I delete it, there is no problem) and the second page where it will occur. Though it changes where in the document the problem happens. Sometimes I can make citation, sometimes I can not.
