"Find Full Text" option grayed out

I am using 9.0-beta.17+8effdacf6 (64-bit) and the "Find Full Text" option is grayed out or missing from all the journal articles (selecting while hovering over titles in the list). Any suggest for reactivating? Thanks

    Not seeing this -- it would be greyed out in a group library which either has file adding/editing disabled or where you don't have file editing rights.

    Thanks I will check that out with the group owner, I can add citations records but now you say this I can't append attachments either. Thanks again for the clue
