I have a problem for using Zotero while citing the citation to word document

I have a problem for using Zotero while citing the citation to word document .

    I followed the steps on that page to try and fix the issue, but it didn't work. I'm still not sure what the root cause of the problem is.

    I’ve re-read the instructions and tried the troubleshooting steps, but the Zotero field codes in Word are still not linking correctly. I'm not sure where the root cause is. Could you tell me exactly what info or screenshots you need from my side to help diagnose this?

    Quoting the last paragraph of the Word section:
    "Include a Report ID from Zotero, your operating system and Word versions, and the steps you've taken to try to fix the error. You should also send the document excerpt from the final step and a link to your forum thread to support@zotero.org so that we can try to reproduce the problem. "
