Hello

Is there someone who has access to all the Zotero accounts and manages them? One of my students cannot login to her Zotero account on another device because she does not remember the password. She cannot reset the password because the email associated with that account is from her former institution and has been disabled. She still knows the username, but you can't login without also having the password, and you can't reset the password without having access to the email address associated with that account.

Any help appreciated.
