Please update Ecology and Society style in repository
Hello,
I have a journal article approved for publication in Ecology & Society, but the style in the Zotero Style Repository is out of date and does not match the submission guidelines of the journal (https://ecologyandsociety.org/submissions/#literaturecited). As far as I know the EndNote .ens file for Ecology & Society is correct and up to date (https://endnote.com/wp-content/uploads/plugins/styles/Ecologoy and Society.ens), but of course I cannot import this into Zotero because of the software incompatibility. If you could please update the style in the Zotero style repository it would be much appreciated.

(EndNote styles don't help)
The guidelines state "The Council of Science Editors (CSE) Style Guide is recommended for details of style." which we have on the repository of course. Check that first.
In the E&S style the authors list includes "and" before the final author (not present in CSE).
The CSE includes accessed dates in a way the C&S style doesn't.
The CSE includes two hyperlinks in the reference, while the C&S style doesn't.
They're clearly divergent from each other.
In terms of the errors with the existing Ecology and Society file in the database, there are minor issues like the following:
The database version uses italics for journal and book names when the submission guidelines state to never use italics.
The database version does not add a line break in between citations while the submission guidelines require that.
However, there are further issues with the file in the database. For example I cited a YouTube video, and almost no bibliographical information was included in the reference as follows, despite being included in my Zotero database:
Why are Boomer Shooters so popular? 2023. .
I'm also not sure if these empty spaces marked with periods are correct.

- The file is still creating citations with italics (As noted above there should be none)
- The file is still not adding an empty line between citations (there should be one)
Thank you for your work.
