Upgrade StorageZotero keeps returning to My Library when trying to save to group libraries

A colleague of mine has been having an ongoing problem with the new Zotero 8, where she can only save one or two items using the browser extension.
Zotero will then move to My Library, and she won't be able to move items out of My Library into the groups.

This issue appears to be limited to PDF files saved from websites.
The extension defaults to the My Library in the pulldown menu, and this is persistent; she's having to switch to the group for websites and identifier saves every time.
It doesn't seem to carry over the selection in the desktop version in the way it used to in Zotero 7. There is no dropdown for saving PDFs
I'm running the latest version of Zotero 7, and I can't reproduce this.

dstillman Zotero TeamI'd guess she's trying to save a PDF (rather than an article page) directly to a library where she doesn't have file-editing access (or the group itself doesn't allow files).
