Unable to save items from chrome to desktop app

I'm trying to save items from chrome extension to desktop app on mac. It worked fine all day and now I get this error. It also deleted 363 items from my library. Thanks for your help.

    We always need an example URL for problems with saving. If you're having trouble saving across many sites, see Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero.

    (Zotero definitely didn't delete items from your library, so there's some confusion there. In fact, nothing has ever been permanently deleted from your synced online library, though you have some items in the trash.)
