The Zotero is not working. It opens and I can see the references in the program and I can add references, but in the Word Microsoft I can not do anything, add references, or any olther button.

Carolina_brito_santosThank you so much, I had already resert even the computer, but everything was the same. The order: open the zotero before opening the work it work!
