App Syncing Error

Greetings!

I just downloaded Zotero on my phone, and I’m receiving this error message when I try to access files. All sync settings seem normal on my desktop app (sync automatically, sync full text content, sync attachment files in my library using Zotero are all turned on.)

Any help would be appreciated!
