I'm also having this issue. For example, when trying to save <<https://www-tandfonline-com.ezproxy.princeton.edu/doi/epdf/10.1080/01419870.2021.1977368?needAccess=true>>; I get the error message "An error occurred saving with Taylor and Francis+NEJM. Attempting to save using Embedded Metadata instead.

dstillman Zotero Teamedited March 21, 2026Sorry about that — the latest Zotero Connector version broke saving via a proxy. This should be fixed if you update to Zotero Connector 5.0.197 from the Firefox Add-ons pane (Tools → Extensions and Themes). Thanks for reporting.
