"Add Item(s) by Identifier" unfortunately doesn't work anymore, after a while it just says "Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again." https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u12384300/lj9io3tpvcynmg2terzd.png I've Googled around and saw that multiple people had the same problem but still could not figure out how to solve it. The advice in threads with the same problem always revolved around proxy servers and network limitations, but I don't think I have a proxy server installed and the problem persists no matter what network do I use (home or library). I've tried restarting the program, the computer, reinstalling Zotero, creating another account, changing networks, nothing. When I use the Web or the Android version, it doesn't do anything either.
