We've been experiencing a weird bug, where on almost all our citations, the "Modified by" field is getting randomly changed to one of our group members. This person has validated that they haven't made an update, and in the attached image you can see that it happened within the second this item was uploaded which would of course be impossible.

Any ideas of why this is occurring and how to avoid/resolve this?
