Tags from the Desktop app are not showing up online/Group Libraries

Hi,

In order to assess the literature together, a few of us created a Group Library, where we make notes and add tags to the articles. Each of the co-authors does this step from our desktop apps, and everything is synced online before. All of us were able to see each other's notes and tags.

We recently noticed that one co-author's desktop app is not syncing with the online Group Library, despite everyone being "admin" to the group. We have also checked that we all have sufficient storage space.

What are some potential reasons for this? And what are some potential solutions?
