Some items cannot sync on iPad

Some items do not show up on iPad. Desktop and Web Library have the same number of items.

    Hey @wendyue, you have an old version of the Zotero app. First update iOS to at least 16.6, you have 16.4.1 currently. Then update the Zotero app to the latest version and try again.
