无法将文献保存到zotero中

为什么我不能把文献直接保存到zotero里去啊？插件和软件都是最新版本，就是不能直接保存到zotero里，每次都要我先下载PDF然后再从zotero软件里去把刚下载下来的pdf给添加进去，不能从网页界面就直接保存了
