Zotero not working- not saving in Edge

I was using zotero earlier today and it was perfect. Now, when I use the connector to save something, it says "saving to ____" but won't save.
I updated and reinstalled the app and the connector. I have restarted my computer 3x, and made sure my permissions were set to all sites. I have tried in different browsers with no luck. HOWEVER, it only seems to do this when I am on EBSCO or a research database through school.

    If you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading a page and trying to save, we can take a look, but if you saved a large number of items, you might just be getting rate-limited by EBSCO. You can try from a different computer or network.
